Books (out of print) Unfortunately, many of Beagle's works are out of print, and in some cases have been for decades. However, I had very good luck with some online and offline secondhand book dealers, and they're a must if you're trying to find that rare first edition. Some good places to try and track these books down: Advanced Book Exchange |

Movies and videos The Last Unicorn animated movie was released on beta and VHS. The VHS version is still available at retailers, usually for around $14.00 US. Try your favorite online retailer, eBay, or your local video store. Laserdisc availability rumor: "I know a couple of years back this was released on LD. Even saw it for rent at a video shop. But I think it's now out of print. The Internet Movie Database says is was released in PAL in '94 and in the U.S. in '86. But that can't be right. I seem to recall someone telling about its LD release in 91 (when I was hunting for the soundtrack)." - from a Usenet postee. Most retailers list it as out of stock; however, Yahoo! Shopping currently has a retailer who carries the VHS tape. |
